Qualifikationen

• Three years of progressive relevant experience in grounds maintenance, landscape installation or construction, or special event coordination.
• Valid driver's license.
• Associates degree in grounds maintenance related field preferred.
• The City retains the right to determine equivalencies.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations of facility maintenance and custodial services and ensure amenities are clean, safe, functional, and maintained to standards.
• Perform and assist in supervision of maintenance on Parks and Rec. buildings (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Roofs, etc.).
• Coordinate non-routine work to optimize resources and address priorities when demand exceeds resources.
• Conduct routine checks of buildings, vehicles and equipment and plan solutions to issues.
• Lead regular crew meetings to address needs of custodians regarding supplies, events, leave, and information exchange.
• Support training and events planned by other Departments in their facilities.
