keesenlandscape in Centennial, CO is seeking a dependable Crew Leader - Enhancement to oversee a small team on commercial landscape construction projects year‑round, with seasonal snow support. You will lead 2-5 crew members, install irrigation, xeriscape, retaining walls, and operate trucks and heavy equipment.

You will ensure safety, quality, and timely completion while handling daily paperwork and materials tracking.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping installation and construction.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Valid driver\'s license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a crew of 2-5 team members on job sites.
• Perform and oversee installation of irrigation systems, zero scape, retaining walls, etc.
• Operate trucks and heavy machinery (skids, steer, trencher, etc.).
• Ensure job quality, safety compliance, and timely completion.
• Report crew hours and complete daily paperwork; track materials.
• Train new crew members and support field onboarding.
• Assist with snow removal during winter season.
