Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of related experience OR alternative combination of education/experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Orient and instruct new drivers and assist supervisor in directing work.
• Coordinate with supervisor to ensure proper flow of vehicles and maintain stock logs.
• Schedule and assign crew tasks and communicate them to team members.
• Manage vans and transport drivers to locations; ensure timely pick‑up/drop‑off.
• Shuttle employees to remote sites and assist with parking inventory.
• Perform daily vehicle maintenance and fuel/lubricant checks.
• Demonstrate safety commitment and cooperate with Safety Manager.
• Lead location team and uphold Cox/Manheim values; enforce policies.
• Review work volumes and staffing levels; develop improvement strategies.
• Perform other duties and overtime as needed.
