Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is seeking a safety-focused CDL Driver / Equipment Operator to join our Decatur, AL team. You will drive CDL equipment, perform pre/post trip inspections, and document required paperwork, while handling water blasting and vacuum operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class A or B CDL with Tanker endorsements; hazardous endorsement optional.
• Valid DOT medical certificate required.
• Experience driving a manual 10-speed or higher.
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug screening; background check may apply.
• Must be willing to travel overnight as needed.
• Ability to work in elevated or confined spaces with safety training.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate all CDL equipment (Roll-Off, Flat Bed, Vacuum, Service Trucks); perform pre/post trip inspections.
• Document all company, federal, state, and customer paperwork clearly as required by policy.
• Operate high‑pressure water-blaster and vacuum equipment.
• Perform Field Technician duties (shoveling, tank cleaning) when needed.
• Lead and direct subordinate personnel to work safely, timely, and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain equipment and company property in good condition.
• Work in elevated or confined spaces; follow Lock-Out Tag-Out and Crane Safety training.
