Job summary

Attic Projects LLC is seeking a Crew Lead for attic and crawl space restoration with a strong focus on leadership and site-management. You will supervise crews, coordinate daily tasks, ensure safety compliance, and mentor team members to deliver high-quality results for multi-site projects.

You will act as the primary client contact, manage resources, and ensure completion within deadlines and budgets while maintaining professional communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of attic and crawl space restoration experience or related skilled trades.
• Leadership experience (at least 2 years) managing a small team.
• Ability to mentor crew and coordinate safety protocols on-site.
• Strong client-relations skills and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crews.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
• Train/mentor crew in installation techniques and safety handling.
• Manage assets: personnel, materials, tools, equipment.
• Communicate progress, material needs, and issues to stakeholders.
• Ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
• Resolve minor conflicts among crew members.
• Oversee material handling and site logistics.
• Serve as primary client contact during execution.
• Manage project paperwork for material usage and labor.
