Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills (2+ years) with small teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crews.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols on job sites.
• Train/mentor crew on installation techniques and safe material handling.
• Serve as primary client contact during job execution.
• Manage project paperwork: material usage and labor allocation.
