What You Would Do

• Load materials, tools, and equipment on the company truck for each job
• Install each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods; jobs include drainage systems, foundation repairs, and working in crawl spaces & basements
• Unload and clean the truck upon return to the company
• Provide a remarkable experience to our customers
• Be a team player with 3-4 other crew members
• Crew members work Monday-Friday; typically 40-50 hours a week.

What We Need for this Role

• Construction experience is preferable, but not required
• A valid driver's license and a safe driving record
• Unrestricted lifting ability
• Ability to kneel, and crawl
• Ability to lift or move up to 100 lb. of force frequently and for an extended period of time
• Ability to work overtime if needed (time and a half pay for overtime)
