Job summary

Direct Communications in Pocatello, ID is seeking a Construction Crew Foreman to lead our fiber optic buildout across rural communities. You will supervise daily operations, oversee installation, repair, and maintenance, and set the safety tone on site.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of crew leadership in utility construction, drilling rig experience, a valid driver's license (CDL preferred), and a willingness to travel within the service footprint.

What We Are Looking For

We need a results-driven leader who is eager to work hard and possesses the following:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of leading a crew in utility construction; drilling rig experience is required.
• Licensing: A valid driver’s license is required; a CDL is highly preferred.
  
• Stamina & Grit: Ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs routinely.
• Technical Savvy: Ability to follow prints and maps, with a basic competency in computer-based environments.
• Commitment: Willingness to travel throughout our service footprint and a steadfast dedication to safety protocols.

Salary: $24.00 - $27.50 per hour

Location: In-person, based out of the Pocatello, ID area.
