Job summary

Capitol Flexi-Pave in Loudoun County, VA seeks a Crew Foreman to oversee and assist in concrete and porous pavement projects in the Northern Virginia region. You will lead field crews, ensure plan adherence, and manage large-scale installations on federal, municipal, and historical sites while coordinating with project documents.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of field concrete experience, strong leadership, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 10 years field experience in Civil Concrete: layout, finishing, and forming.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-field technical oversight and hands-on assistance in concrete and porous pavement projects.
• Lead and manage field crews to execute flat concrete construction accurately.
• Lead projects on a large scale using project plans and documents.
• Work on large-scale commercial installations across Northern Virginia, Maryland, and DC; requires driver’s license.

Qualifications

Preferred Candidate (PC) will have necessary technical training and at least 10 years field experience in Civil Concrete: layout, finishing, and forming.

Job Description

• PC will provide in the field technical oversight and hands-on assistance in concrete and porous pavement projects.
• Must be well versed in all phases of flat concrete construction and be able to manage a team in the field effectively.
• PC must be able to lead projects on a large scale using plan documents.
• Projects will include large scale commercial installation jobs in the commercial federal/municipal/historical market throughout the Northern Virginia, Maryland, and DC areas. Must have drivers license.
