Job summary

Quad is hiring a Full-Time Shift Crew Leader at our Westampton, New Jersey commingle center. The wage range is $24.80 – 37.20 per hour depending on experience. B-Shift operates Monday through Friday and every other Saturday as needed, 3pm – 11pm.

This position leads a fast-paced, accuracy-driven operation through strong verbal and non-verbal communication with employees. We offer excellent benefits including 401(k), holidays, vacations and more.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 8-hour shifts.
• Ability to work weekend overtime as needed.
• Lift 10–15 pounds continuously, lift to 70 pounds occasionally.
• Stand for long hours and use hands/wrists continuously in a controlled movement.
• Receive and follow instructions.
• Use vision to identify defects in the product.
• Good verbal and written comprehension, the ability to thrive in a team environment, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to direct a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and quality of product during the shift.

Quad is seeking a Full-Time Shift Crew Leader at our Westampton New Jersey Commingle Center.

The wage range is $24.80 – 37.20 per hour depending on experience.

We have the following openings:

B-Shift Monday through Friday and every other Saturday as needed 3pm – 11pm (2 openings)

This position is responsible for creating a fast-paced, accuracy-driven operation led by verbal and non-verbal communication with employees.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work 8-hour shifts
• Ability to work weekend overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a leadership position is preferred
• Manufacturing experience (such as laborer, machinist, assembly, down piling, or bindery) and the ability to perform basic math calculations
