Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader able to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Understand the retail industry and financial objectives.
• Able to read and interpret safety/operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew with the General Manager to grow guest count and ensure revenue growth.
• Coach and guide teammates through internal training and ongoing mentoring.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed.
• Handle inventory, cash handling, and guest issues with the District Manager support.
• Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings; set direction to meet goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center.
