Qualificações

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead diverse groups and develop teammates.

Responsabilidades

• Guide the crew with the General Manager to boost sales and ensure smooth operations.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to align goals and performance.
• Develop teammates through training, coaching, and direction.
• Ensure quality control, safety, inventory, and guest satisfaction are maintained.
• Assist the General Manager with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
