Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube is hiring a Crew Chief at 6722 Ridge Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19128. You will lead the crew alongside the General Manager, ensure service excellence, drive revenue growth, and coach technicians.

Qualificações

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Is a proven leader that possesses the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Has sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
• Can analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results.
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance always.
• Enjoys and is energized by a fast-paced, flexible, high-performance retail environment.
• Has a “Guest First” mindset.
• You must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Leading the team by partnering with the General Manager to drive consistent revenue growth and improve guest experience.
• Developing teammates through internal training, coaching, and direction.
• Ensuring quality control measures and processes are followed.
• Handling inventory, cash processes, guest issues, and coordinating with the District Manager on initiatives.
• Assisting the GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Providing clear guidance to the team and maintaining a safe, presentable service center.
• Mentoring automotive technicians and CSAs; performing opening/closing duties when needed.
• Building an engaged workforce that reflects customer volume and business needs.
• Leading daily team huddles and store meetings; setting direction to meet business goals.
