Jiffy Lube International in Poway, CA is seeking a Crew Chief to help lead our service center and guide the team alongside the General Manager. You will drive guest satisfaction, oversee crew performance, and support daily operations to boost sales and efficiency.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail management experience, strong communication, and a proven leadership ability. This on-site position offers growth opportunities and a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; automotive experience not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader capable of inspiring diverse groups.
• Strong business sense with retail industry understanding.
• Ability to analyze and support financial objectives to boost sales and service.
• Positive, professional conduct and appearance at all times.
• Enjoys fast-paced, flexible, high-performance retail environments.
• Guest-first mindset and guest experience focus.
• Able to read safety and operation manuals.
• Able to stand on hard surfaces and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the GM to guide the crew, grow guest count and revenue.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training and guidance.
• Ensure quality control and follow established processes.
• Handle inventory, cash, guest issues, and coordinate with DM on initiatives.
• Support budgeting, forecasts, and expenditure controls.
• Provide clear direction to the team and maintain a clean, safe service center.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings; set direction toward goals.
