Team Car Care in Puyallup, WA is seeking a Crew Chief to support the General Manager in leading the crew, improving guest experience, and driving sales. You will train staff, ensure quality control, and help manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

As a Crew Chief, you will develop leadership skills, mentor technicians and CSAs, and participate in opening/closing duties while promoting a safe, clean, and productive shop atmosphere. Growth opportunities are emphasized throughout.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership to inspire and motivate teams.
• Able to analyze and influence sales and service results.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to drive goals.
• Coach teammates, ensure top-notch customer service and guest experience.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations.
