Qualifications

• Retail management experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance documents.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to drive revenue through guest growth and sales initiatives.
• Coach and develop crew members; provide ongoing guidance and direction.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
• Oversee inventory management, cash handling, and guest issues.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction and goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center per brand standards.
