Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Has sound business sense and understanding of retail industry.
• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead with GM to drive revenue growth and guest count.
• Coach and develop teammates through training program and guidance.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
• Manage inventory and cash handling, and assist with budgeting and forecasts.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Maintain safe, clean, and presentable service center.
