Job summary

Contour Airlines, a long-established aviation services company, is seeking a Flight Attendant for Charlotte Douglas International Airport. You will ensure passenger safety and comfort, conduct safety demonstrations, and respond to in-flight emergencies while delivering exceptional service in line with FAA regulations.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Contour’s four-week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to travel within the country.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in the aircraft environment in compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
• Place safety and passenger comfort as top priorities on every flight.
• Deliver exemplary customer service that meets and exceeds passenger expectations.
• Assist with lifting and stowing luggage into overhead bins and storage areas; request assistance as needed.
• Provide attentive assistance to passengers requiring additional support, including unaccompanied minors, elderly travelers, and individuals with disabilities.
• Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Complete required reports, paperwork, and documentation related to incidents, safety, or service.
