We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18 - $20 per hour.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

Your duties will include assisting in the preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet the needs of the business. You will help in assigning employee duties, encouraging teamwork, and promoting a collaborative work environment. You will be responsible for keeping our team informed about new menu items, specials, and promotional materials, ensuring all employees understand food preparation and service to guarantee exceptional customer experiences.

Supporting the development and growth of our team members is vital. You will assist in conducting orientation and training for new employees, provide refresher training, supervise performance and behavior, and ensure adherence to company policies. Attention to detail is crucial as you monitor time cards, adjust schedules, enforce portion control, and maintain security protocols. You will also handle administrative tasks such as managing cash receipts, reconciling funds, and making daily deposits.
