PuroClean of Bluffdale is seeking a Crew Chief/Lead Restoration Technician to manage restoration jobs with a focus on customer satisfaction and a team-oriented approach. Job Position Description:
With a One Team mentality, manage and complete jobs according to The PuroClean Way. Strive to meet all customer needs in a kind and sympathetic way. Our Team takes pride in exceeding customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world-class level of service that sets us apart from our competitors in the industry. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls as needed. Set up and establish efficient job flow, coordinate job requirements, complete job documentation, perform and supervise production work, and monitor assigned jobs from start to finish. Follow and enforce all safety procedures on the job site. Monitor all assigned jobs to ensure customer needs are met. Perform sales activities using our Customer Service Packet as a guide. Communicate and establish relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential customers. Ensure job documentation is completed timely and accurately. Maintain production costs at the established rate. Ensure timely communication with the other job participants such as the Coordinator, Project Manager, and the customers you serve.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Customer Satisfaction and professionally represent the brand
  • Effectively perform all aspects of the mitigation production process
  • Continue to develop your production skills and expertise
  • Regular Vehicle and equipment maintenance and organization
  • Follow all uniform and policy guidelines
  • Always leave jobsites with a clean and orderly appearance
  • Coach and train entry-level technicians
  • Ensure clear communication with office staff, leaders and fellow technicians

Qualifications:

  • Willingness for continued learning and growth, ability to lead and coach your teammates
  • Attention to details in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, assets and equipment
  • Aptitude with record keeping using smart technologies - recording information and communicating the message
  • Awareness and respect for safety, using care and caution with teammates and customers
  • Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines, organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of time
  • 1-2 years mitigation experience
  • IICRC WRT Certified
