4. Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
5. Must pass a background check
6. Must be able to work overtime and emergency calls
7. Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
8. Driver's License (Required)

Responsibilities

1. The Restoration Crew Supervisor prescribes, coordinates, controls, and performs work activities on restoration projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.
2. As the front-line representative of the PUROCLEAN brand, the Crew Supervisor demonstrates to customers and clients the company’s Here to Help commitment.
3. Facilitate a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction of services.
4. Communicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activities.
5. Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
6. Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
7. Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
8. Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
9. Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects.
10. Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.
11. Coach and train production technicians.
12. Communicate with production manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
13. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle maintenance and equipment maintenance, as assigned.
14. Oversee facility and grounds maintenance, as assigned.
15. Continue development of production expertise in services, cleaning products, and equipment.
16. Other tasks/duties as required by employer.

Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
