ZenaTech Inc. is seeking an experienced Survey Party Chief for a full-time travel position to solar sites in Georgia and nationwide.

You will lead a survey crew, perform ALTA, topographic, boundary, stakeout surveys, and GPS work, and meet with clients to determine site requirements. OSHA 30 is required before hire, and a clean background check, valid driver's license, and drug test are prerequisites.

Job Description

ZenaTech is seeking an experienced Survey Party Chief for a position requiring full-time travel to solar sites in Georgia and across the country.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead crew members to deliver quality, timely work product
• Perform all duties of a Field Survey Tech
• Meet with clients or client representatives to determine site-specific requirements
• Perform and manage ALTA, topographic, boundary, and construction stakeout surveys, as well as horizontal/vertical control, utility as-builts, and GPS work

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competence leading a field survey crew for boundary, control, route, topographic, and existing conditions surveys, construction stakeout, and as-built surveys
• Preferred: minimum of 2 years of experience as a Jr. Party Chief, with at least 5 years of experience under the supervision of a licensed surveyor
• Valid driver's license required
• OSHA 30 certification required to enter jobsites; applicants must obtain OSHA 30 before their hire date
• Must pass a background check, have a clean driving record, and pass a drug test prior to hiring
