Salary Range: Probationary rate $27/hour with a full rate of $30/hour

SUMMARY: The person in this position is responsible for maintaining electronic records for railroad field personnel, and acting as a service agent between management teams and train and engine service (T&E) personnel.

• Evaluate and monitor train and engine service inactivity and adjust the workforce levels as required to meet service demands.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR CREDENTIALS:

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Previous experience working in a call center or office environment preferred.
