Job summary

Crest Bistro at Crest Cadillac and Infiniti dealerships is hiring an experienced, friendly Barista to join our team. Immediate openings help deliver top-notch customer experiences and exceptional food.

Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing beverages per recipes, handling payments, and keeping the cafe clean. You will stock refreshment stations, assist with events, and engage customers with clear, friendly communication.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, cashier, or barista experience preferred.
• Food Handlers License required.
• Available to work part time or full time hours.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage transactions with customers using cash register.
• Collect payments & issue receipts or refunds.
• Maintain a clean and tidy café.
• Keep customer coffee bars & water stations refilled and stocked.
• Take customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen using POS.
• Greet customers.
• Utilize a balance sheet to keep track of cash transactions.
• Assist with events.
• Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage transactions with customers using cash register

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, cashier, or barista experiencepreferred
• Previous serving experience preferred
• Food Handlers Licenserequired
• Available to work part time or full time hours
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
