Qualifications

• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift (up to 8+ hours).
• Able to push and maneuver roll carts weighing 50-500 lbs.
• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate crepe machines according to production specifications.
• Load and unload tissue paper rolls safely and efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance and perform routine checks during the shift.
• Transport finished crepe rolls to the converting lines.
• Maintain and inspect roll carts for safe function.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and on time.
• Follow safety, quality, and operational standards.
