We are seeking a Crepe Operator to join our Converting Department, responsible for setting up and operating crepe machines that transform tissue paper into crepe paper for downstream converting processes.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Safety-conscious, mechanically inclined and able to work independently.
• Must be able to stand and move for the full shift.
• Experience with industrial or converting machinery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate crepe machines according to production specifications
• Load and unload tissue paper rolls safely
• Monitor machine performance and perform routine checks
• Transport finished crepe rolls to converting lines
• Maintain and inspect roll carts for safe function
• Complete production paperwork accurately
• Adhere to safety, quality, and operational standards
