Job summary

Mohawk Industries is seeking a dedicated Creel Yarn Operator to maintain the creel yarn supply and ensure continuous production. You will patrol the creel, watch for quality issues, and keep yarns running smoothly in a team setting.

Responsibilities include participating in quality improvement, attending trainings, following SOPs, and performing housekeeping and other tasks as assigned by management. Mohawk is a leading textile manufacturer with global operations.

• Patrol creel and keep yarn running.
• Observe creel and halt machine for quality issues such as breakouts, defective packages.
• Work within a team environment.
• Participate in the Quality Improvement Process.
• Attend job-related training deemed necessary by supervision.
• Follow all established standard operating procedures.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
