Qualifications

Responsibilities

Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
2/3 days on-site, primarily signing.
Negotiate settlements and work toward efficient resolution of disputed matters.
Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances within assigned territory with travel expenses reimbursed.
Collaborate with internal staff, clients, and opposing counsel to move cases forward effectively.
