Job summary

RNInk seeks an attorney in Virginia Beach to handle creditors' rights and litigation from inception to resolution.

Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents; negotiate settlements and move cases forward.

Work 2/3 on-site, travel within the territory is reimbursed, and you will manage your own caseload with a supportive team and extensive training. Excellent written and verbal communication and a drive for client service are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia law license required.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution.

• Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances throughout your assigned territory (travel expenses reimbursed).
• Partner with internal staff, clients, and opposing counsel to move cases forward effectively and professionally.
• Maintain accurate case records and manage deadlines across multiple matters.
