Qualifications

• 1+ year of creditors’ rights law experience required.
• Civil litigation experience strongly valued.
• Bankruptcy, foreclosure, commercial collections, creditor representation, or lender-side litigation experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills.
• Courtroom experience preferred.
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently while working collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial services providers and other business clients in creditors’ rights matters.
• Handle matters involving foreclosure, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, real property, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, correspondence, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical analysis.
• Appear in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts as appropriate.
• Manage assigned matters while coordinating effectively with attorneys and support staff.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties.
• Contribute to a collaborative practice focused on excellent client service and efficient case management
