Padgett Law Group is seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney to join our team in the Charleston, SC market, with flexible in-office, hybrid, and remote work options. The role focuses on creditors' rights within bankruptcy proceedings, handling hearings, pleadings, and client communications.

Ideal candidates will be admitted to the bar in the hiring state and possess knowledge of bankruptcy practice, with strong organizational and communication skills to support our institutional clients and maintain

Competenze

• Active bar admission in the state you were hired
• Admission or ability to get admitted to bankruptcy courts within the state of hire
• Experience representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings is preferred
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to change
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Mansioni

• Attend hearings and prepare local appearance counsel with clear instructions
• Review pleadings for compliance and timely filing
• Provide loan-level guidance to firm staff and clients
