We seek a C# developer with solid fundamentals in algorithms, patterns, testing, and modern DevOps practices to own roadmaps and drive high-quality software across services and data models.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C# software development.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Solid understanding of design patterns and SOLID.
• Experience with unit and integration testing.
• Natural use of Git and GitFlow.
• Docker/containerization experience.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as ElasticSearch or Datadog.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Kanban/Scrum).
• Experience using AI in the development process.

• Serve as reference for technical decisions on solution details
• Help the team solve problems with undefined scope and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Provide constructive technical feedback and spread technical knowledge within the team
• Autonomously define and deliver technical roadmaps for larger projects, often with cross-team dependencies

Requirements

• C# software development
• Solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures

• Solid unit and integration testing skills
• Natural use of git and gitflow
• Docker and containerization knowledge
• Experience with observability tools such as Elastic Search or Datadog
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, mainly Kanban and/or Scrum
• Use of AI in the development process

Preferred Qualifications

• Public and private cloud experience such as Azure and Google Cloud
• Messaging systems knowledge such as Service Bus, RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Knowledge of microservices, event sourcing, CQRS, hexagonal architecture
• Experience with relational and non-relational data modeling
• CI/CD tooling knowledge, Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of and interest in the financial market
