Job summary

Gosnaphop is seeking a Credit Union Sales Rep in Washington, DC for a contract-to-hire role. The position focuses on outbound sales,Member relationships, and community event support, with daytime hours and occasional travel to events in DC and Reston.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, and the role offers eligibility for medical/dental/vision and a 401(k) plan. Training is provided onsite in DC.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience; internship ok
• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree may be considered
• Background in sales, marketing, banking, financial services, events or business development is preferred
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and telephone communication skills
• Outgoing, professional presence; able to travel to events

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to identify opportunities and introduce financial products
• Use active listening to understand customer goals and recommend solutions
• Explain products, features, and benefits clearly
• Guide customers through account creation and applications
• Support consumer lending inquiries and other financial requests
• Build lasting relationships through responsive, transparent service
• Generate referrals and expand community partnerships
• Participate in networking and events; assist with marketing materials
• Travel to events in DC and Reston areas
• Maintain accurate customer records and report activity
