UHFCU in Hawaiʻi seeks a Trainer to develop, administer, and maintain engaging training programs for staff across the credit union. You will evaluate processes, design materials, and ensure consistency across departments.
Reporting to the Process Improvement & Training Manager, you will coordinate core system trainings, work with IT on system releases, and provide monthly training reports while supporting ongoing professional development.

Position Purpose:
Working with the Manager of Project/Process Improvement & Training, develops, administers, organizes, and conducts training programs for credit union employees; evaluates and enhances existing training programs and makes recommendations for improvement. This position reviews, analyzes and evaluates business processes and user needs to improve/organize operational procedures and to ensure consistency within the credit union.

Education/Certification:
High school diploma or GED is required.
Required Knowledge:
Must be knowledgeable in MS Office Suite.
Experience Required:
Two years training experience.
