Qualifications

• AA degree or higher in a business-related discipline preferred.
• Prior professional environment experience preferred but not required.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
• Ability to articulate clearly in writing and speech.
• Ability to operate with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Collaborative mindset across departments.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manages loan application flow in Salesforce on a FIFO basis.
• Gathers accurate, timely information using fact-finding techniques.
• Reviews required elements of merchant applications for credit risk.
• Identifies missing or incorrect information to complete the merchant picture.
• Processes applications, updates information, and confirms or declines as defined by procedures.
• Ensures each loan application has a complete checklist.
• Maintains accurate notes for audit trails.
• Works pipeline to meet SLAs consistently and efficiently.
• Communicates issues and trends to leadership.
