Job summary

NLB Services is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead credit risk strategy and pricing initiatives for fintech clients. You will collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to design policies and optimize RoEs.

The role requires deep lending industry experience, strong analytical skills, and a track record of stakeholder alignment, offshore team leadership, and delivering data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in credit risk strategy and client management.
• Origination channel management experience.
• Credit cards and lending expertise (Acquisitions/Underwriting).
• Demonstrable leadership ability and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and story-building in a consulting setup.

Responsibilities

• Primary day-to-day client contacts and interaction with C-level executives.
• Analyze volume and funnel trends to optimize pricing and RoEs.
• Analyze credit performance and advise on credit policy optimization.
• Respond to market dynamics on third party channels and inform senior management.
• Act as channel manager for origination channels – manage policies, tests, pricing.
• Collaborate across stakeholders and lead offshore analytical teams.
