Happen Bank is seeking a senior leader to drive credit strategy and pricing for its Home Improvement lending segment. You will shape underwriting, pricing, and risk management, balancing growth with disciplined returns across policy and analytics.

You will build models, refine segmentation, and work with cross-functional teams to scale risk-adjusted performance, using responsible AI and robust controls.

• 10+ years in financial services, credit risk, pricing or lending strategy.
• Deep unsecured lending knowledge and value drivers.
• Proven policy development, pricing optimization and risk analytics.
• Translate analytics into production requirements and controls.

Mansioni

• Own credit risk management and pricing strategy for Home Improvement lending.
• Develop credit policies, underwriting criteria, exposure limits, segmentation and pricing models.
• Lead development of predictive models, grading systems, and experimentation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Data Science to drive innovation.
