Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics) or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of analytics experience.
• Strong SQL/SAS and R/Python skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and managing credit risk strategies (underwriting, pricing, loan size, verification).
• Design A/B tests to understand risk-return tradeoffs.
• Build dashboards to track KPIs and present findings to senior management.
• Mine loan performance data to identify underperformance and recommend risk mitigations.
• Evaluate credit expansion opportunities to optimize risk-adjusted revenue.
• Explore non-traditional data sources to improve credit decisions.
• Collaborate with technology teams to implement strategies as designed.
• Utilize AI tools to aid analyses and reporting.
