Job summary

SouthernCarlson is seeking a Credit Specialist in Lynnwood, WA to manage collections for assigned accounts and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating invoice collections, analyzing delinquent accounts, and improving receivable turnover, with a Monday–Friday schedule and compensation of $28–$30 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of experience in collections and customer service.
• Construction industry experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with accounts receivable and finance policies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Self-starter with high attention to detail.

About the Role

As a Credit Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting and resolving outstanding balances for assigned accounts and locations. Your role will be essential in ensuring we meet our collection goals while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.

You May Be a Great Fit If You Have:
