Job summary

Working with Banking partners, you will champion improvements to credit processes, ensure policy adherence, and maintain regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in commercial credit, portfolio management, underwriting, or credit risk leadership.
• Strong credit underwriting, portfolio mgmt, and legal documentation.
• Proven leadership and ability to identify emerging credit issues.

Responsibilities

• Set workflow priorities and resource alignment across deal and portfolio activities.
• Maintain independent assessment of borrower and portfolio creditworthiness.
• Drive credit excellence metrics and risk rating accuracy.
• Ensure consistent credit policy and portfolio management practices.
• Engage with clients and banking partners in complex situations.
• Champion improvements to credit processes and systems.
• Ensure system integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to Credit Solutions professionals.
