Job summary

City National Bank’s Credit Solutions Intern program offers hands-on experience in risk-aligned credit underwriting, loan structuring, and portfolio monitoring across Commercial, Consumer, Entertainment & Sports Banking and Private Banking.

During the 10-week program you will work on active client deals, complete a capstone project with peers, receive instructor-led training, and have opportunities to network with executives; a full-time offer may follow upon graduation.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Rising Junior or Senior in college (graduation date no earlier than December of current year).
• Enrolled in a college/university working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects and assignments that directly contribute to the success of the team you support including exposure to credit underwriting and portfolio management on active clients.
• Analyze company and personal financial statements to determine borrower financial performance and repayment capacity.
• Update/create valuations and analyze industry performance and trends.
