Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related analytics field.
• 5–10 years general experience with 2–5 years in data analytics within banking.
• Knowledge of Commercial and Consumer risk systems and regulatory guidance.
• Experience with Credit Risk Review or related processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CRR systems and data practices to align with regulatory guidance.
• Develop and maintain portfolio analytics and KPI/KRI reports for Board risk oversight.
• Assist regulatory examiners and auditors with data gathering and risk reporting.
• Support the annual CRR plan development and cross-functional collaboration.
