Qualifications

• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CRC, CFA).
• Willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs.
• Experience presenting observations to senior stakeholders and committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams delivering credit risk engagements.
• Provide deep subject-matter knowledge in credit risk mitigation and policy procedures.
• Oversee credit risk reviews, loan reviews, internal audits, and policy assessments.
• Communicate industry trends and best practices to clients with actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to internal initiatives including talent development and business growth.
• Support professional development of team members through coaching.
