Job summary

RSM is seeking a Supervisor in the Risk and Controls Practice to lead teams, assess risks, and design effective controls for middle-market clients. You will engage with client management, draft test plans, and mentor junior staff across engagements.

The role emphasizes collaboration, communication, and the ability to manage budgets while delivering high-quality work in a dynamic environment. Travel to client sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of audit, internal audit or related internal control experience.
• Professional certifications (CPA or CIA) are preferred.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs and work in-person or remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to identify risk and develop control solutions.
• Draft test plans and work programs for senior review.
• Manage engagement budgets and provide accurate estimates to the engagement leader.
• Own client relationships and collaborate with external stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development and industry thought leadership.
