Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a Manager in Financial Services Risk Consulting to leverage your experience in lender due diligence, credit risk, and deal management. You will work with financial institutions and specialty finance organizations on complex engagements, leading teams and managing client relationships to deliver thoughtful risk assessments and practical recommendations.

The role requires 5+ years in related fields, travel as needed, and a blend of in-person and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of lender due diligence, transaction advisory, credit risk, loan review, structured finance, ABS, securitization, or asset-based lending experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead lender due diligence and risk consulting engagements.
• Assess design and effectiveness of credit, operational, servicing, compliance, and risk controls.
• Review third-party diligence, audits, collateral examination, and related reports.
• Identify risks and develop practical recommendations to address issues.
• Lead client discussions with lenders, borrowers, originators, servicers, and risk teams.
