RSM US LLP in Chicago seeks a Senior Consultant to lead the Financial Services Risk Consulting team within the insurance practice. You will guide risk assessments, design controls, and advise clients as a trusted advisor.

You will manage client engagements across the three lines of defense, mentor staff, and collaborate with partners to deliver meaningful risk insights and value. This role offers a competitive compensation package.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business, accounting, engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in insurance industry as internal auditor/controls specialist with public accounting experience.
• Experience leading projects across three lines of defense and multiple insurance business areas.

Responsabilidades

• Lead risk consulting teams and client engagements from initiation to close-out.
• Conduct risk assessments and client walkthroughs; prepare and review work products.
• Manage projects to successful completion with clear communication and deadlines.
• Support business development and internal initiatives within the practice.
