Qualifications

• 0-1 years of analytics experience with quantitative background.
• Strong technical skills: SQL/SAS and R/Python.
• BI/data visualization tools experience (Tableau/Excel) to build dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior analytics, credit, or risk management experience is a plus.
• Financial services/FinTech experience is a plus.
• AI tools are part of how you research, write, and problem-solve.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and track credit risk strategies (underwriting, pricing, loan sizing).
• Design A/B tests to understand risk-return tradeoffs.
• Build dashboards to track KPIs around funnel and portfolio performance.
• Mine loan performance data and identify underperformance for risk mitigation.
• Evaluate credit expansion opportunities to optimize risk-adjusted revenue.
• Expand data used in credit decisioning, evaluating non-traditional data sources.
• Collaborate with tech teams to implement strategies accurately.
