Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or credit risk analytics, including 6+ years in people management.
• Strong technical depth in supervised and unsupervised learning and proficient in Python and ML libraries.
• Familiar with model governance practices and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven record delivering complex, cross-functional projects with stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of ML models from development to deployment and retraining.
• Set modeling roadmap and priorities for the function, balancing impact and risk.
• Build, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists with high technical standards.
• Collaborate with Credit Strategy, Marketing, Risk, Engineering, MRM, and Compliance to align solutions.
