You will partner with Product, Operations, Sales, Credit Risk, Pricing, Marketing, Finance and Strategy to build data-driven insights, prepare executive-ready reports, and influence pricing decisions that balance risk and reward.

We are seeking a Credit Risk & Pricing Analyst to join our Home Equity Credit Risk & Pricing team and help support strategies that drive sustainable growth, profitability, and strong portfolio performance.
In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with teams across Product, Operations, Sales, Credit Risk, Pricing, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy to analyze business opportunities, support pricing recommendations, and influence outcomes across the Home Equity business. The position offers meaningful exposure to senior-level discussions, strategic initiatives, and broader Consumer Lending priorities.
The ideal candidate will build deep expertise in data, analytics, and performance drivers that inform Home Equity pricing and credit strategy. This individual will lead and support analytical work related to profitability, portfolio performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence, translating insights into clear recommendations that help shape business decisions.
Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar) Advanced degree a plus, but not required
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: 8:30 - 5:00
Hybrid: 4 days per week on-site, 1 day remote
The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $103,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
