Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3-5 years of related experience in risk management or banking.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Relational Databases and ETL using SQL/SAS.
• Knowledge of SAS Enterprise Miner, FICO Model Builder or Angoss Knowledge Seeker.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement credit risk standards for portfolios.
• Staff and monitor credit exposure to meet risk goals.
• Lead risk initiatives, KPI reporting and risk control activities.
• Participate on risk-related committees and SME discussions.
• Analyze data and present recommendations to senior management.
• Communicate issues clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
